The overall size of the gear is 1 1/8" x 1 15/16" Outer Diameter
The gear teeth are 1 15/16" Outer Diameter and tapers down to 1 3/8" Outer Diameter
The gear teeth are 1/2" in length.
30 teeth
On the narrow diameter end the teeth are approximately 3/32" deep.
On the opposite end they are 1/8" deep.
The space between the gear teeth is 1/16"
The center hole is 3/4" Inner Diameter
There are six splined grooves.
They are 1/16" in depth.
The area where the splines are, it is 5/8" Inner Diameter
3/4' Inner Diameter in the splined grooves
The splines and grooves are approximately 5/32" wide in center of the hole at the 5/8" Inner Diameter
The splines and grooves are approximately 3/16" wide at the base of the center of the hole at the 3/4" Inner Diameter
The six splines are approximately 1 3/16' in length
The gear is made of steel.
The back end behind the gear teeth is 3/8" x 1 1/4" Outer Diameter
Then for the last 1/8' to the back end of the gear it tapers down to 1" Outer Diameter
