Performance Wash is a powerful yet gentle bluesign approved PFC-free cleaner designed to clean all your outdoor and technical garments. It also comes in their new 100 percent Post-Consumer Recycled bottle containing Ocean Waste Plastic meaning you are helping to protect the world we all love to explore. With their concentrated formula all you need is half a cap regardless of whether its soft or hard water to restore your gear to like-new appearance. Fortunately Grangers Performance Wash gently removes dirt and eliminates odours while removing harmful residue build-up and maintains any remaining water-repellency. They also recommend it as a pre-wash to any waterproofing treatment.

How to Use:
. Use 50ml capful per large item or two smaller items. Use half a cap if handwashing. Pour product directly into the detergent drawer of your washing machine. Wash on a full cycle at 30 deg C-86 deg F or according to care label instructions

If the item(s) is damaged in transit or DOA, an exchange will be made or a refund issued. We offer a money-back guarantee on products returned within 30 days. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA) - This will allow us to process your return when it comes back to our warehouse. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted.
Please note:
We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
Exceptions
For all furniture items we will replace any parts that are damaged but the item may not be returned if you changed your mind.

We will not accept returns on any shavers, personal care items, cosmetics or intimate products that have been opened.
We will not accept returns on any software, video games, computer parts, electronics, or laptops/PC's if the packaging is opened.
We will not accept returns on any costumes purchased from Aug. 1 - Oct 30 - After Halloween (Oct. 30). We will not accept any returns for Wigs, Makeup, Tights or Shoes that have been worn.
