Business can accept a package at any time between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm
Loading Dock or Forklift is available to get the freight off the delivery truck
There is someone available during business hours to assist in the unloading process
The location does not have a living residence on the same property
There is no need to have a Call Ahead or Lift Gate for delivery
Farms and Ranches are not considered a Commercial Business to logistics companies
Delivery Charge Qualifications

Residential Deliveries (Businesses based out of the home OR Businesses with a home on the same property)
Farm or Ranch Deliveries
Appointments with the logistic company
Ability to talk to the logistics company prior to delivery

We are located in
Monroe, Wisconsin
. 1 hour Southwest of Madison Wisconsin, 3 Hours Northwest of Chicago Illinois. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday by appointment only.
Payment Terms
In addition to PayPal and Credit Card, cashier's checks, bank to bank transfers, Personal or business checks (must clear our account before equipment is released, 3-4 business days to clear our account) are excepted as payment. Out of state buyers are tax exempt if shipped through a third party trucking company and a bill of lading is provided. WI Sales Tax 5% / Green County Sales Tax .5%.
Loading
We have a three tiered loading dock that accommodates low step decks, standard step decks, and flatbed trailers. Forklifts that range from 5,000-20,000 lb. lifting capacity for loading any type of equipment customers may purchase.
Delivery
We work with several delivery companies that will transport equipment through the lower 48 states and Canada. Please provide destination zip code and business or residential delivery location. Our carriers are fully insured and coordinate delivery with our customers in a professional manner.
