    New old stock, Unopened vintage No. 738 Smockruler made easy Measuring Marker Ruler For Sewing. 12” X 4 1/2”. Purchased in store years ago but never opened, in new condition from a non-smoking home.
    This Dritz tracing marker is used for a decorative embroidery effect that can stretch. By marking fabric it can be small stitched by hand to gather for decorative trim in say children’s dresses, hats, bags, bedspreads and pillows.
