3" long when closed. Good snap both blades. Large blade etched "LUNA".  Both blades marked "A. Feist & Co. Solingen".  "ING. FORTINA & SCHAEFER" was an early auto parts supplier in Italy, with 400 page catalog in 1914.    So here's your early Italian automobile accessory, probably an advertising giveaway at the time.
