  • Condition: This was part of a collection I bought that belonged to a British Ship signalman during WW1. Other items included a Hat tin, Hat form, and signal flags with one dated 1915. It obviously does not work. It has a bracket for it to be attached to something. If you have any knowledge of this, I would love to know. It is 9" tall with a great patina.
